Track and Field Premiers

It's a three-peat! Congratulations to our MLC Athletics Team who won the GSV Division 1 Track and Field Championships for the third year running.
It was an amazing team effort from all, with over 70 students involved. In recent years, MLC has seen our athletes lift from Division 2 and a continued increase in participation, with over 120 students regularly attending Athletics and Run Club programs throughout the year, expertly led by Head of Athletics and former Olympian Kate Richardson.
Additional congratulations are also extended to our Junior School Athletics team who has won the Kew District Carnival overall pointscore for the first time (the overall pointscore includes the girls and boys events being tallied together), and also our secondary Junior Team who won MLC鈥檚 first ever Aths School State Challenge this week.
These achievements are the results of dedication, hard work and most importantly, a supportive environment where our students are encouraged to get involved and make their mark. Go MLC!
